Offices closed for Training

All News

Our Rolla and Mtn Grove offices will be closing early Tuesday March 10 for Departmental Training at 3:00 pm and Licking will close at 3:45. Offices will resume regular business hours Wednesday March 11, 2026 at 8:00 am.

If you would like to make a payment after these close times you may do so on SmartHub, our pay by phone system at 855-940-3890, or on the Pay Now link on the SmartHub page on our website.

If you have an outage or emergency you can contact our Dispatch department at 866-621-3679 to report it.
