Great news! Member Discounts have been processed!

If your discount is less than $10, you will see this amount deducted from your March bill.

If your discount is greater than $10, AND you have an email on file with the co-op, you should have received an email this morning. The email comes from intercountyelectric@myredemptioncenter.com. You have an option to immediately download a digital card, that you can even store in your mobile wallet, or you can select the option to have a physical gift card mailed to you. Simply follow the on-screen instructions.

If you do not have an email on file (or you don't respond to your email), you'll receive a letter in the mail with instructions on how to download or request your card. The letter will have Intercounty's name and logo in the top left corner, so be sure to open it!

Feel free to use this gift card however you choose! Some of you though have asked how you can use the discount to pay on your bill. Once you claim your gift card, you can use Intercounty's normal payment options to pay on your bill. Stop by one of our offices, call our Pay-by-Phone line (855-940-3890), use SmartHub, or the Pay Now button on our website (www.ieca.coop).

If you're confused as to what this is about, remember Intercounty's Board approved a $2 Million discount to be returned to active members based on their usage from January 1, 2025 through November 30, 2025. The excess margins generated last year, especially during the extreme cold in January and February 2025 are being returned directly to the membership.
