In October, roughly half of our membership accounts will see a change in their billing cycle. This change comes in order to better serve our members as we evenly spread activity in our area offices and reduce waiting time, both in the office and on the phone.
We realize that each our members have grown accustomed to our current billing schedule, but we are confident this adjustment will be as painless as possible and come together seamlessly. We hope that any initial inconveniences are kept to a minimum as we strive to improve service for everyone.
Those accounts selected to change to cycle two have recived a letter in this month's bill outlining the upcoming changes. These members will be receiving their bill on the 8th of each month with a due date of the 22nd. Essentially, members on cycle two will receive their bill one week later than normal therefore pushing out the due date one week as well.
