We have received numerous reports from our members of a phone scam targeting Intercounty members. The caller informed our members that their payment was late due to their most recent credit card payment not going through. The caller then asked for a new card number to complete the payment.
THIS IS A SCAM. Please do not give out this information to a caller claiming such a scenario. We will not call you and ask for credit card information. If you are ever in doubt, hang up and call us at 866-621-3679.
Again, please share this with your loved ones. We don't want any of our members to become victims of this scam during the Holiday season or anytime of the year.

The board of directors approved $1.5 million to be distributed back to the current membership as a discount on the bill. Cycle two accounts will receive this discount on their November bill and cycle one accounts will see their discount on the December bill. The monies will be distributed at an amount based on each member's usage between the months of January and October 2014.
