Our SmartHub Customer self-service system allows you access to your electric information online and to pay your bill 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Before you can access your online account for the first time you will need to complete a one-time online registration, during which you will need your account number, the last name or business name, and the last four digits of the primary account holder social security number or federal tax ID number. A valid email address will also be needed to complete the registration.

If your account is past due, it is recommended that you contact our billing department to prevent disruption of your power. Your payment will post within minutes of paying. For a hassle-free, no fee method of payment, sign up for recurring credit card payments or bank draft. You authorize IECA to withdraw funds from the account of your choosing to pay your monthly electric bill. Once enrolled your balance due will be automatically debited on the 10th of each month. You can sign-up through our on-line account management system SmartHub. Accepted payment options are credit card (MasterCard or Visa) debit card (with the MasterCard or Visa logos.)
Automatic Bank Draft
Automatic Bank Draft Payment is available at Intercounty Electric. It is an electronic funds transfer payment that saves you the trouble of writing a check to pay your bill. Saves you time and money.
You will receive a bill on the first of each month to verify the billing amount. The payment is automatically transferred from your bank account each month on the 10th. If there is a problem or you have a question you would need to contact the billing office prior to the 10th.
Another program available that would provide you with a set amount to be deducted each month is Levelized Billing.

We have 3 offices centrally located within our service area available to accept your payment during regular office hours 8-5:00pm Monday-Friday. We accept cash, check, money orders, credit/debit cards. Our after-hours drop box is also available to drop a check or money order. Our after-hours drop box payments are posted to the account the next business day.
